Shipping Times

To ensure we offer the most competitive prices and a unique selection, we source our products internationally. Our standard shipping timeframe is:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons or due to extreme weather, shipping times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 or FREE for orders over $50.

  • International Shipping: We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and US and Canada.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please be aware that your country may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support team at support@essentialreplacements.com. We will investigate with the carrier immediately to ensure your replacement or refund is handled promptly.
